- 4 low-carb tortillas (preferably almond flour)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups romaine or iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup dill pickles, sliced
- 1/2 cup Big Mac sauce (mix of 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 2 tbsp mustard, 2 tbsp dill relish, 1 tsp garlic powder, and 1 tsp onion powder)
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, dill relish, garlic powder, and onion powder to prepare the Big Mac sauce.
- Lay a low-carb tortilla flat and generously spread the Big Mac sauce on it.
- Place cooked ground beef in the center of the tortilla and top with cheddar cheese, lettuce, pickles, and additional sauce if desired.
