- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups low-sodium beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients by slicing the beef, chopping the onions, and mincing the garlic.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Sauté the beef in batches until browned (about 3-4 minutes). Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add onions and mushrooms. Sauté until tender (5-7 minutes).
- Sprinkle flour over the vegetables and stir well. Gradually pour in beef broth while stirring until thickened. Add Worcestershire sauce and garlic; simmer for 2 minutes.
- Lower the heat, mix in sour cream until smooth; return cooked beef along with any juices to the skillet.
