  • 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup filtered water

Instructions

  1. Brew the Vietnamese coffee and keep it hot.
  2. Stir sugar into the hot coffee until fully dissolved.
  3. In a bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let bloom for 5 minutes.
  4. Heat the bloomed gelatin until dissolved, then mix it into the sweetened coffee.
  5. Add coconut milk and stir well to combine.
  6. Pour the mixture into molds or cups and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
