- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar (30ml)
- 3 garlic cloves, minced

- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
Instructions
- Wash and dry the tomatoes, then slice into quarters or halves.
- In a large bowl, mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Add the sliced tomatoes to the bowl and gently toss to coat them in the marinade.
