Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 (6 oz) salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish or resealable bag and pour half of the marinade over them. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (375°F/190°C).
  4. Remove salmon from marinade and place skin-side down on the grill. Grill for 4-6 minutes per side until cooked through and flaky; brush with leftover marinade while grilling.
  5. Transfer to serving plates with lemon wedges on the side. Drizzle with remaining marinade if desired.
