Ingredients

  • 10 fresh jalapeño peppers
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crispy bacon bits
  • 20 sturdy crackers (such as wheat thins or saltines)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and bacon bits until smooth.
  3. Generously spoon the cheesy mixture into each jalapeño half and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
