  • 1 cup fresh parsley leaves
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 4 pocket-style pita breads
  • ⅓ cup tahini sauce
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1 cucumber, sliced

Instructions
