Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh fruits (strawberries, mangoes, or peaches)
  • 1 cup coconut milk (full-fat or light)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Popsicle molds

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop your chosen fruits into small pieces.
  2. Blend the chopped fruits with coconut milk, honey or maple syrup, and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed.
  4. Pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, leaving about half an inch at the top for expansion.
  5. Insert sticks into each mold (if not included) and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  6. To remove popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds.
