  • 2 lbs pork ribs (baby back or spare)
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper or chili powder (optional)

Instructions

  2. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and rinse under cold water; pat dry.
