Description

Ingredients

  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 10 ounces mini marshmallows
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Food coloring (as desired)
  • 1/4 cup pastel sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter until bubbly.
  2. Add the mini marshmallows and stir continuously until fully melted.
  3. Mix in a few drops of food coloring until the mixture is evenly colored.
  4. Remove from heat and quickly stir in the Rice Krispies until well-coated.
  5. Transfer to a greased baking dish and press down firmly.
  6. Before cooling completely, sprinkle with pastel sprinkles for decoration.
  7. Allow to cool, then cut into squares and serve.
