  • 2 large eggs (for filling)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar (for filling)
  • 1 cup whipped cream (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine flour and ½ cup sugar. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Add one egg and mix until a dough forms.
  2. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a ¼ inch thickness. Transfer to a tart pan, pricking the bottom with a fork. Bake for 15 minutes until golden.
