- 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- ½ cup vegetable oil

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz dark chocolate chips
- ½ cup chopped peanuts
- ½ cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two round cake pans and line with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sugar.
- In another bowl, beat eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla until smooth. Combine with dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Divide the batter between prepared pans and bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.
- For the ganache, heat heavy cream until simmering; pour over chocolate chips and stir until smooth.
- Assemble: layer one cake on a plate, add ganache and toppings, then place the second layer on top and cover with remaining ganache.
