  • ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  2. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water before draining.

  4. Add remaining butter, chopped rosemary, and honey to the skillet. Stir until melted, then gradually add reserved pasta water to reach desired sauce consistency.
  5. Toss drained pasta in the skillet until well-coated. Serve topped with Parmesan cheese.
