Coated in cinnamon and sugar, these delightful pastries are simple to prepare and perfect for any occasion, whether as a party showstopper or a cozy night indulgence. Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (plus extra for coating)
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine water, butter, sugar, and salt over medium heat until boiling. Remove from heat.
  2. Stir in flour and baking powder until fully combined.
  3. Allow to cool slightly; then add eggs one at a time, mixing until smooth.
  4. Transfer dough to a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
  5. Pipe strips of dough into an air fryer basket lined with parchment paper, ensuring they do not touch.
  6. Lightly spray with cooking spray and air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
