- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut tortillas into triangles and arrange on a baking sheet. Sprinkle sugar evenly over the top.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Keep an eye on them to avoid burning.
- While chips bake, melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Once chips have cooled slightly, layer them on a serving platter and drizzle melted chocolate over the top.
- Generously scatter mixed berries over the nachos.
- Finish with dollops of whipped cream and serve immediately.
