Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 fresh baguette (about 12 oz)
  • 8 oz high-quality burrata cheese

  • ¼ cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the baguette into half-inch pieces and arrange them on a baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and bake for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
  2. In a bowl, season diced tomatoes with salt and pepper.
  3. Add chopped basil to the tomato mixture and stir well.
  4. Once the bread is toasted, top each piece generously with burrata cheese.
  5. Spoon the tomato-basil mixture over each slice of burrata-topped bread.
