- ½ cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- 4 garlic cloves, minced

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Generously season the beef roast with salt and pepper.
- In a hot skillet with a splash of oil, sear the roast on all sides until browned (about 3-4 minutes each side).
- In a bowl, combine cranberry sauce, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, and thyme until well blended.
- Place the seared roast in a roasting pan and pour half of the glaze over it.
