  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • ½ tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash and trim the ends of the green beans.
  2. Set up three bowls: one with flour mixed with salt and pepper, one with whisked eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Dip each green bean into the flour mixture, then into the egg wash, and finally roll in panko breadcrumbs until evenly coated.
  4. Heat about 2 inches of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat to around 350°F (175°C).
  5. Fry the green beans in batches for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown. Avoid overcrowding the pan.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
