Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough (16 oz each)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano and basil)

Instructions

  1. Cut each biscuit into quarters and place them in a large bowl.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, and dried herbs.
  3. Pour the butter mixture over the biscuit pieces and toss gently until coated.
  4. Spray the crockpot with nonstick cooking spray and layer half of the biscuit mixture at the bottom. Top with half of the remaining cheese.
  5. Repeat with the rest of the biscuit mixture and top with leftover butter-garlic mix and extra Parmesan.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours or until golden brown and bubbly.
