Instructions

  5. Boil water in a pot, carefully add baking soda, then boil each pretzel bite for about 30 seconds before placing them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Sprinkle with coarse salt or cinnamon sugar if desired, then bake at 425°F (220°C) for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
