- For the Glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp water or milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine butter, milk, sugar, and salt; stir until melted but do not boil.
- Remove from heat and add flour and baking powder all at once; stir vigorously until a dough forms.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before incorporating eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition until smooth.
- Transfer dough to a piping bag fitted with a large star tip. Pipe 'U' shapes onto the prepared baking sheet.
