  • 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons pure honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (375°F/190°C) and clean the grates thoroughly.
  2. In a small bowl, mix lemon juice and cinnamon. Brush this mixture generously onto the cut sides of the nectarines.
  3. Place the nectarines cut-side down on the grill for 3-4 minutes or until grill marks appear. Carefully flip them and grill for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Remove from the grill, let cool slightly, then top each half with Greek yogurt and drizzle with honey before serving.
