- 28 ounces crushed tomatoes (1 can)

- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode. Heat olive oil and add diced onion; sauté until translucent (about 5 minutes). Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Season short ribs with salt and pepper. Increase heat to high and brown the ribs on all sides (about 3 minutes per side).
- Pour in red wine to deglaze the pot, scraping up browned bits, and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add crushed tomatoes, beef broth, oregano, and basil; stir well before adding the short ribs back into the mixture.
- Secure the lid and cook on high pressure for 35 minutes. Allow natural pressure release.
