  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (whipped to stiff peaks)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing crushed Oreos with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
  3. In another bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Pour half of the cheesecake filling over the crust, sprinkle with crushed Oreos, add remaining filling, and smooth out.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
