  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes (halved)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  3. Meanwhile, boil salted water in a large pot. Cook your pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water.
  4. In a large bowl, combine hot pasta, roasted tomatoes, and pesto. Toss well, adding reserved pasta water as needed for desired consistency.
