  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced (fresh or canned)
  • 2 cups low-sodium beef broth
  • 1 cup full-fat sour cream
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Egg noodles or rice for serving

Instructions

  1. Trim excess fat from the beef chuck roast and cut into bite-sized pieces. Chop the onion and slice the mushrooms.
