Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 oz smoked turkey breast, thinly sliced

  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise with a squeeze of lemon juice. Spread this mixture on one side of each slice of toasted bread.
  3. On one slice (mayo side up), layer smoked turkey and cheddar cheese, followed by lettuce and tomato. Top with the second slice of bread (mayo side down).
  4. Optional: Grill the sandwich in a skillet over medium heat until both sides are golden brown and cheese melts (about 3-4 minutes per side).
