  • 3 tablespoons Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 3 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped for garnish

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork chops for 3 minutes on each side. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat to low and add butter, garlic, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes. Whisk until combined, and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the pork chops back into the skillet, coating them with the sauce.
  5. Place the skillet in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes or until the internal temperature of the pork chops reaches 145 degrees F.
  6. Remove the pork chops and let them rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve.
