Method
- Break some of the pretzels into pieces so you can use them as stems. Set them aside.
- Melt the candy melts according to the package.
- Dip a whole pretzel into the melted candy melt. Flip it over so both sides are coated.
- Pick it up with a fork and allow the excess candy melt to drip back into the bowl.
- Set the pretzel on a cookie sheet topped with a silicone baking mat.
- Continue this with two more pretzels to form a shamrock.
- Dip one of the pretzel pieces into the green candy melt. Set it between the three full pretzels to act as a stem.
- Let the shamrock pretzels dry completely.
- When the candy melt is dry, use an icing knife to cut any excess candy melt away from the pretzels to create more of a shamrock shape.
