Prepare the Cake
- Preheat the oven to 350?F (175?C). Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool completely.
Make Cake Balls
- Crumble the cooled cake into a large bowl.
- Add the cream cheese frosting to the crumbled cake and mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet.
- Refrigerate the cake balls for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
Coat the Cake Balls
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Dip each cake ball into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
- Immediately sprinkle with red and blue sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
- Place the coated cake balls back on the baking sheet and let them set completely.
