Crust
  • 1 tube refrigerated sugar cookie dough or homemade sugar cookie dough
Topping
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Fruit
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup banana sliced

Method
 

Prepare the Crust
  1. Preheat the oven to 350?F (175?C). Roll out the sugar cookie dough on a baking sheet to form a large pizza crust.
  2. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool completely.
Make the Frosting
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Assemble the Pizza
  1. Spread the cream cheese frosting evenly over the cooled cookie crust.
  2. Arrange the strawberries in rows to create stripes and place blueberries in the top left corner to represent the stars.
  3. Add banana slices to fill in any gaps if desired.
Serve
  1. Slice the fruit pizza into wedges and serve immediately.
