Ingredients
  

Slaw Base
  • 2 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup sliced apples preferably Granny Smith or Honeycrisp
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
Dressing
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Slaw
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, sliced apples, and dried cranberries.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, honey, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Combine and Serve
  1. Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
