Ingredients
  

Asparagus Fries
  • 1 bunch asparagus trimmed and cut into fry shapes
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour for coating
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for drizzling

Method
 

Prepare the Asparagus
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400?F (200?C).
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dredge each asparagus piece in the flour mixture, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
Air Fry the Asparagus
  1. Arrange the coated asparagus in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Serve
  1. Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes
