Ingredients

  • 2 medium ripe avocados peeled and pitted
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice about 1 lemon
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 pinch salt to taste
  • 1 pinch black pepper to taste
Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, mash the avocados with a fork until smooth but still slightly chunky.
  2. Add the crumbled feta cheese, lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
  3. Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving dish and garnish with chopped parsley.
