Prepare the Ribs
- Preheat your grill to medium heat (about 300?F).
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for better flavor and tenderness.
- In a bowl, mix all the dry rub ingredients together.
- Rub the dry mixture all over the ribs, ensuring they are well coated.
Cook the Ribs
- Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and place them on the grill.
- Cook for 2.5 to 3 hours, maintaining a consistent temperature.
- In the last 30 minutes, unwrap the ribs and brush with BBQ sauce.
- Continue cooking until the sauce is caramelized and the ribs are tender.
Serve
- Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes.
- Slice between the bones and serve with additional BBQ sauce on the side.
