Sauce Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons dark soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1.5 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups stir fry veggies can include broccoli, bell peppers, etc.
  • 14 ounces udon noodles two 7-ounce packages
  • 1-2 cloves fresh garlic minced
  • to taste freshly ground black pepper for seasoning
  • a little bit neutral oil for frying

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Shake up all the sauce ingredients in a jar.
  2. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add a swish of oil.
  3. Add the noodles and enough sauce to coat. Stir-fry until caramelized.
  4. Add the veggies and pour a little more sauce over everything. Toss for 2-3 minutes until the veggies are fork-tender.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in fresh garlic and freshly ground black pepper.
