Ingredients
  

Mocktail Base
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries plus extra for garnish
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup agave syrup adjust to taste
  • 2 cups sparkling water or club soda
  • 1 cup ice crushed
Garnish
  • 4 slices lime
  • 4 sprigs fresh mint

Method
 

Prepare the Blackberry Mixture
  1. In a blender, combine fresh blackberries, lime juice, and agave syrup. Blend until smooth.
Mix the Mocktail
  1. In a cocktail shaker, add the blackberry mixture and crushed ice. Shake well to combine.
Serve
  1. Strain the mixture into margarita glasses filled with ice. Top with sparkling water.
  2. Garnish each glass with a lime slice and a sprig of mint.

Notes
