Ingredients
  

Burger Patties
  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20) Formed into 4 equal balls
Burger Toppings
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese Optional
  • 4 slices bacon Cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce Optional
  • 1 medium tomato Sliced
  • 4 slices pickles Optional
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise Optional
  • 4 tbsp ketchup Optional
  • 4 tbsp mustard Optional
Burger Buns
  • 4 pieces burger buns Toasted

Method
 

Prepare the Patties
  1. Preheat the Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat.
  2. Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and roll them into balls.
Cook the Burgers
  1. Place the beef balls on the griddle and press down with a spatula to flatten them.
  2. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until a crust forms, then flip and add cheese if desired.
  3. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the cheese melts and the burgers are cooked to your liking.
Assemble the Burgers
  1. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each toasted bun.
  2. Add the cooked burger patty, followed by lettuce, tomato, pickles, bacon, ketchup, and mustard.
  3. Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
