Ingredients
  

Salad Base
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup cucumber sliced
Chicken and Bacon
  • 2 cups grilled chicken breast sliced
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
Dressing
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Ingredients
  1. Chop the romaine lettuce and slice the cucumber and cherry tomatoes.
  2. Grill the chicken breast until fully cooked, then slice it.
  3. Cook the bacon until crispy, then crumble it.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
Assemble the Salad
  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, sliced cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, grilled chicken, and crumbled bacon.
  2. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
