- Toast pistachios over medium heat until fragrant but not burning, about 2-3 minutes.
- In a wide based serving dish, spread two Boursin cheese wheels along the bottom.
- Top with fig jam and spread, then add pistachios.
- Drizzle on hot honey and top with flakey sea salt.
- Serve with your favorite crackers or bread.
