Ingredients
  

Brownie Base
  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour sifted
  • 1 cup cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Topping
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups mixed fresh fruits such as strawberries, blueberries, and kiwi

Method
 

Prepare the Brownie Base
  1. Preheat the oven to 350?F (175?C). Grease and flour a baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and sugar. Mix well.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool.
Prepare the Topping
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled brownie base.
  4. Top with mixed fresh fruits, arranging them as desired.
Serve
  1. Slice the brownie fruit pizza into squares and serve immediately.
