Ingredients
  

Cauliflower Mash Ingredients
  • 1 head Cauliflower Cut into florets
  • 1/4 cup Butter Unsalted
  • 1/4 cup Cream Cheese Softened
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • 1/4 cup Milk Or as needed for desired consistency

Method
 

Prepare the Cauliflower
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the cauliflower florets and cook until tender, about 10-15 minutes.
  2. Drain the cauliflower in a colander and let it sit for a few minutes to remove excess moisture.
Mash the Cauliflower
  1. In a blender or using a potato masher, combine the cooked cauliflower, butter, cream cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Blend or mash until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add milk gradually until the desired consistency is reached.
  3. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until well combined.
Serve
  1. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve warm as a side dish.
