Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup peanut butter slightly melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup mashed bananas
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 pieces eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter for drizzle
  • banana slices optional

Method
 

Basic Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350?F. Line a large loaf pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the slightly melted peanut butter, sugar, mashed bananas, vegetable oil, and eggs.
  3. Stir in cocoa, baking soda, salt, and vanilla. Stir in flour last.
  4. Pour batter into loaf pan and top with thinly sliced banana pieces.
  5. Bake for roughly 55 minutes, until a knife inserted in the center of the loaf comes out clean.
  6. Cool on a wire rack for 20 minutes.
  7. Once cooled slightly, melt 3 tablespoons of creamy peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl for 30 seconds, then stir. Heat for an additional 15 seconds if necessary. Drizzle over the loaf.
  8. Serve!
