Ingredients
  

Egg Filling
  • 6 large eggs hard-boiled
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon paprika for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Eggs
  1. Place eggs in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Transfer eggs to an ice bath to cool for 5 minutes, then peel the eggs.
Make the Filling
  1. Slice the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the yolks with a fork. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
Assemble the Deviled Eggs
  1. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  2. Sprinkle with paprika for garnish before serving.
