Ingredients
  

Corn Ribs
  • 4 ears corn Husked and cleaned
Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For brushing
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt To taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper To taste
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper Optional for heat

Method
 

Prepare the Corn
  1. Slice each ear of corn in half lengthwise to create corn ribs.
Season the Corn
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  2. Brush the mixture generously over the corn ribs.
Cook the Corn
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat or oven to 400?F (200?C).
  2. Place the corn ribs on the grill or a baking sheet if using the oven.
  3. Cook for about 10-15 minutes on each side, until charred and tender.
Serve
  1. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.
  2. Serve warm, optionally garnished with fresh herbs or additional seasoning.
