Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 4 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
Dressing
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Method
 

Prepare the Vegetables
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded green cabbage, shredded carrots, and shredded red cabbage.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, celery seed, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Combine
  1. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until all vegetables are evenly coated.
  2. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more salt or honey as desired.
Chill and Serve
  1. Cover the coleslaw and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
