Ingredients
  

Potatoes
  • 1.5 pounds baby potatoes washed and halved
Creamy Sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth or vegetable broth for a vegetarian option
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Cooking Potatoes
  1. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the baby potatoes and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Making the Sauce
  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and saut? until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  2. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and stir in the heavy cream, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Combining
  1. Add the cooked baby potatoes to the skillet and gently toss to coat in the creamy garlic sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
  2. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
