Ingredients
  

Potatoes and Sauce
  • 1 lb white potatoes cut into quarters
  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt for boiling water
  • 3 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 tablespoon butter for saut?ing
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream for the sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons parsley chopped, optional

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Start boiling water in a medium saucepan and add sea salt to the water.
  2. Do not peel the potatoes (unless desired). Cut potatoes into quarters.
  3. Add potato pieces to the boiling water and boil until tender, about 15 to 20 minutes.
  4. Once potatoes are boiled, remove them from the saucepan.
  5. Meanwhile, chop the garlic. Add butter to the empty saucepan and melt it.
  6. Add chopped garlic and cook for 3 minutes until golden and fragrant.
  7. Next, add cream and reduce the heat. Cook garlic with cream for about 5 minutes.
  8. Add drained potatoes to the cream sauce, season with salt and pepper to taste, and mix well.
  9. Add chopped parsley if using, and mix again.
