Ingredients
  

Egg Filling
  • 6 large eggs hard-boiled
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise full-fat
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives chopped
Garnish
  • 1 teaspoon paprika for sprinkling
  • 2 slices bacon cooked and crumbled

Method
 

Prepare the Eggs
  1. Place eggs in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Transfer eggs to an ice bath to cool for 5 minutes. Peel and slice eggs in half lengthwise.
Make the Filling
  1. Remove yolks from egg halves and place in a mixing bowl. Mash yolks with a fork.
  2. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper to the yolks. Mix until creamy.
  3. Fold in chopped chives.
Assemble the Deviled Eggs
  1. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  2. Sprinkle with paprika and top with crumbled bacon before serving.
