- Preheat oven to 425 F degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels and place them in a large bowl. Drizzle the wings with olive oil and toss well, ensuring each wing is coated.
- Sprinkle the chicken wings with pepper and salt, and toss well. If using baking powder, sprinkle it all over the wings and toss again.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking pan. Bake for about 40 to 45 minutes or until golden and crisp.
- Sprinkle with more salt and pepper if preferred and garnish with chopped parsley.
